Article 1 Terms and Conditions
1. The terms and conditions of use of the Service are stipulated in these Terms and Conditions and other provisions stipulated by the Company (hereinafter referred to as the "Terms and Conditions"). Other rules and regulations stipulated by the Company shall be part of the Terms and Conditions without reference to names. The Terms and Conditions shall apply to all users' use of the Service.
2. Users shall use the Service in accordance with the Terms and Conditions. In addition, if the user does not agree to the Terms and Conditions, the use of the Service shall be promptly discontinued.
Article 2 About the Service

Article 5 Consent Items
1. We may place advertisements of ours or third parties on the Service, and the user agrees to this.
2. Users shall be responsible for and agree to use any services other than us via the Links, etc. of the Service.
3. The user shall directly conclude a contract, etc. with the Information Provider and assume all responsibility for the contract, etc. with the Information Provider. Should a problem arise, it shall be settled at the user's own expense and responsibility, and we shall not be involved in anything.
4. The user agrees that we may aggregate and analyze information obtained from the user's browsing and use of the Service and advertisements displayed through the Service that do not identify the user, and use the results for the purpose of business development, marketing, and improvement and enhancement of the Service by us, third parties who provide advertising on the Service, and companies in business tie-ups with us.
5. In the event the user causes damage to us or a third party such as another user by using the Service, the user shall agree in advance that the user shall be required to compensate for any and all damages incurred at his/her own expense and responsibility.
Article 6 Prohibited Acts
1. Users shall not engage in any of the following acts or acts that may be likely to be committed.
Acts contrary to laws and regulations or public policy
Acts constituting all or part of a criminal act
Violent, grotesque, or other act of posting text, images, drawings, images, other expressions, information, etc. that are generally unpleasant
Acts of harassment against a third party, such as stalking
Any act that discriminates against or slanders another user or a third party, or infringes on the reputation, reputation, right of privacy, right of portrait or any other right
Acts infringing on our or a third party's patent rights, utility model rights, design rights, trademark rights, copyrights, technical or business know-how or other rights, or rights such as license based on these rights
Conduct that involves posting obscene expressions, adult images, drawings, or highly exposed images and drawings
Conduct that involves guiding or linking to adult sites, dating sites, sites with age restrictions, etc.
Political activities, religious activities, and solicitation of religious organizations
Conduct that promotes inappropriate relationships, such as seeking/responding to requests for opposite-sex relationships
Acts that impersonate an existing third-party person or organization
Acts of using the Service by pretending to be a false or third party
The commercial use of the Service without our permission
Solicitation or transactional activities similar to chain schemes (pyramid schemes, pyramid schemes, pyramid-imitation schemes), etc.
Any act of buying or selling for any other reason relating to the Service
Acts that place a significant load on the server or network of the Service
Using cheat tools, BOT or other techniques to manipulate the Service
Conduct that intentionally uses a defect that occurred in the Service
Access to the Service with modifications made to the terminal, such as a jailbreak
Reproduction or modification of the Service in whole or in part, or reverse engineering such as decompilation
To redistribute the Service to third parties
Act of falsifying or deleting information on the Web site relating to the Service
Indiscriminately sending e-mails, requesting community participation, and posting messages
Acts that infect other users or third parties with computer viruses
Any other act deemed by us to be inappropriate
2. In the event that a user commits any of the acts listed in the preceding paragraphs or violates the Terms and Conditions, we may take any measures that we deem appropriate, such as limiting, suspending, or prohibiting the use of the Service by the user in question.
3. In the event of any trouble with the Information Provider, other users, or any third party arising from the conduct or receipt by the user as set forth in each item of Clause 1 of this article, such user shall resolve such trouble at his/her own responsibility and expense, and we shall assume no responsibility whatsoever.
Article 7 Disclaimer
1. Users shall use the Service at their own risk. We shall not assume any responsibility for any acts performed or the results thereof using the Service.
2. Users shall use the updated data of the Service at their own responsibility. We shall not assume any responsibility for any actions or results regarding the user's updating or failure to update the updated data related to the Service.
3. We shall have no responsibility whatsoever with respect to the operational status, maintenance, function correction, bug repair, or technical support of the user related to the Service.
4. We shall have no obligation to monitor any unauthorized or inappropriate use of the Services by the user.
5. We shall not assume any responsibility for the Service or , including, but not limited to, warranties of completeness, accuracy, reliability, usefulness, legality, morality, etc.
6. We shall not be obliged to store any data, such as the user's history of use of the Service and personal information.
7. The advertiser shall be responsible for the content of all advertisements posted on the Service, and the user shall be responsible for the determination of truth or falsity with respect to the said advertisements, whether on the Service or at any subsequent destination, and we shall not be responsible for any matters arising from such determination.
8. We shall have no obligation to compensate for any damage caused by downloading or computer virus infection from the Service or third-party websites, including those of our partners or advertisers.
9. The user must be responsible for resolving problems that arise between the user and the Information Provider, and we assume no responsibility for these problems.
10. We shall not be liable for any damages suffered by the user due to any system failure, communication failure, power failure, fire, natural disaster, war, civil commotion, riot, labor dispute, etc., related to the Service even in the event that the normal operation of the Service becomes impossible.
Article 8 Problems with Information Providers
The user must be responsible for resolving problems arising from contracts between the Information Provider and the user, and we assume no responsibility for these problems.
Article 9 Intellectual property right ownership
All patent rights related to the Service, utility model rights, design rights, copyrights, etc. (including the rights stipulated in Articles 27 and 28 of the Copyright Act, hereinafter collectively referred to as "Intellectual Property Rights") belong to us or to a third party who has legitimate rights. Unless otherwise authorized by law, reproduction or reprinting of these materials without the approval of us or a third party who has legitimate rights is prohibited by law. Article 10 Fees
1. The Service shall be provided free of charge, in principle, unless we provide a separate paid service.
2. Charges for contracts, etc., provided by Information Providers shall be separately determined by each Information Provider.
Article 11 Notice to Users
1. Where notice from us is given by way of display on the Service, the notice shall be deemed to have arrived at the user when notice is given on the Service by us.
2. If we provide notification by push notification, the notification will be deemed to have arrived to the user when it should normally arrive.
Article 12 Prohibition of Assignment of Rights and Obligations
The user shall not transfer or offer as collateral to any third party any user qualification for the Service, or any rights or obligations based on the user qualification.
Article 13 Suspension of Use, etc.
1. We may restrict or suspend the use of the Service without prior notice or demand to the user in the cases listed in each of the following items.
If we fail to use the Service for a separately prescribed period
In the event that a claim, demand, etc. is made to us by another user or a third party in connection with the use of our services, including the Service, by a user, and we deem such claim, demand, etc. to be necessary
Cases where users do not pay fees for our paid services or contracts, etc. of Information Providers
In the event that a user is or was found to be an anti-social force
As necessary for the maintenance of the Service
In the event of any failure in the system of the Service
In the event of any other violation of the Terms and Conditions
2. We shall not be obliged to disclose to the user the reason for taking the measures set forth in the preceding paragraph.
3. In the event that we suffer damages as a result of a user falling under any of the items of Paragraph 1 (excluding Items 1, 5, and 6), we may claim compensation for such damages from the user.
Article 14 Termination of Use
Even if a user terminates use of the service of his/her own volition, the fact that the user has agreed to the Terms and Conditions, etc. remains unchanged, and the Terms and Conditions shall continue to apply.
Article 15 Revision of the Terms and Conditions
We may change the Terms and Conditions without obtaining the consent of the user. In this case, unless otherwise specified by us, the revised Terms and Conditions shall take effect from the time the revised Terms and Conditions are displayed on the Service.
Article 16 Validity of the Terms and Conditions
1. In the event that the Terms and Conditions fall under the category of a consumer contract as set forth in the Consumer Contract Act, the provisions of the Terms and Conditions that completely exempt us from liability for damages shall not apply.
2. In the event any damage incurred by a user is based on a default or tort as set forth in the preceding paragraph, the Company shall be liable for damages within the scope of the charges received from such user, to the extent of the damages directly and actually incurred by such user, and shall not be liable for any special damages.
3. In the event that the Terms and Conditions are in violation of any law or regulation, only the provisions of the Terms and Conditions that are in violation of such law or regulation shall be null and void, and the remaining provisions shall remain in full force and effect.
4. In the event that the Terms and Conditions are invalid or revoked in part in relation to a particular user, the Terms and Conditions shall remain valid in relation to the other users.
Article 17 Governing law and jurisdiction
1. The Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Japan.
2. Any dispute between us and users shall be governed by the laws of Japan, and the Tokyo Summary Court or the Tokyo District Court shall assume exclusive jurisdiction as the court of first instance depending on the amount of action.
3. We agree that the United Nations Convention on Contracts for the International Sale of Goods shall not apply to disputes with us and our users.
